On this week’s episode, IC co-directors Chip Oscarson and Marc Yamada discuss the films of Oct. 9-12 that all explored the challenges of dealing with the lasting memories of war. They then preview the films for Oct. 16-19.


This week Chip and Marie-Laure Oscarson analyze the films from 25-28 September that were part of our week’s theme “Complex Mothers” dealing with multilayered characters embodying different aspects of maternal love. Marc Yamada then joins Chip to preview the coming week’s films.
