After the 2.30pm screening of Apollo 11 on Saturday 14 September, Professor Mike Joner (Physics) will lead a post-screening discussion about the Apollo 11 mission and some of the science represented in the film. A great chance to hear from a world-class physicist about his take on the mission and the film.


IC’s own Prof. Marc Yamada will start our semester lecture series with “Crazy Poor Asians: Rethinking Cultural Stereotypes in Media” on Wednesday, 11 September 2019 at 5pm in 250 KMBL before the 5.30pm screening of the 2018 hit film, Crazy Rich Asians (Jon Chu).
